DIE CASTING

UMET EDGE

Manufacturing a superior component requires the use of high quality material.  UMET offers competitive edge here as we manufacture our own Zinc and Aluminium alloys. This gives us control over the quality of material that goes into our die casting process.

With the access to our range of alloys, our clients get options to modify weight and costs of their components.  They also avoid the need to work with another vendor in their manufacturing process and avoid having the quality control their materials.

Having worked in this industry for over 30 years, UMET has developed important cross-functional relationships across the vertical.  This helps us offer our clients a wide range of cosmetic finishes including nickel plating, anodized Aluminium finish etc.

We are fully capable of filling any existing component requirements as well as in supporting our clients in their Research and Development efforts.
